• You will receive an order confirmation email — this does not constitute acceptance of your order
• Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a dispatch confirmation
• We accept payment via Fiuu, which supports FPX online banking, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and e-wallets
• All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card or banking details
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship within Malaysia and internationally to Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia via J&T Express
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier performance
• Free shipping is available on Malaysia orders above RM150
• I-BEAUTY & CO is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy:

• Items may be returned within 3 days of receipt if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
