Orders are delivered via J&T Express. Estimated delivery times: Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 7 working days. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary. Total time includes 1–3 working days of order processing before dispatch.

Yes — we ship to all of Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak, via J&T Express. We also ship internationally to Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a J&T tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at jtexpress.my.

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order for unopened, unused items in original packaging. For full details, please visit our Returns & Refunds page.

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp at 03-6145 0133 with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

We accept payments via Fiuu, which supports FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and more), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and e-wallets.

Yes. All payments are processed securely via Fiuu. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your banking or card details.
